SCBC Reports
The Staff Benefits and Compensation Subcommittee publishes a yearly report
for the university administration. This report is compiled after a yearly
survey of staff and is comprised of recommendations to make OSU a continued
employer of choice.

University Committees
USAC members and USAC alumni serve on a variety of univeristy committees and report back to USAC staff pertinent information. This helps USAC in forming recommendations to the university and also in keeping open dialog between staff and the university.
Senate Committees
In addition to serving on various university committees, some USAC members regularly attend University Senate committee meetings.
