Why I joined USAC:
I appreciate the unique opportunity that USAC provides in allowing me to give back to OSU while also collaborating with staff members from units that I would not regularly encounter.
Why staff should join USAC:
To learn about the bigger picture operations of the university and to ensure that staff are represented in institutional considerations
My greatest sense of accomplishment on USAC so far is:
As a new member, that story has yet to be written!
Hobbies:
I love musical theatre, reading fiction, scarpbooking, knitting, and finding fun new restaurants!
My favorite restaurant around campus is:
There are so many! A few favorites are El Arepaso, The Happy Greek, Cap City Diner and anywhere with a good cup of coffee.
My favorite OSU sport is:
Football. Go Bucks!
I think the greatest challenge facing OSU in the future is:
Finding new and innovative ways to ensure the success of both our staff and students in the context of economic and societal demands.
I think the greatest strengths at OSU are:
The truly dedicated people that are coming to the table at every level of the institution.
Outside of my normal position, I serve OSU and my community by:
Advising Off The Lake Productions, OSU's service-based musical theatre organization, and by serving as a tutor for our ESOL program for Student Life staff.
