Why I joined USAC:
I see my involvement with USAC as an opportunity to give back to the University that has opened so many doors for me. I look forward to serving as an advocate for staff as we work to find creative improvements to our work environment.

I think the greatest challenge facing OSU in the future is:
I see our biggest challenge as a University is streamlining and reducing the amount of red tape and cumbersome policies that have been in place at this University for so long. I also strongly feel that it is important for staff to own the problem…it is easy to complain, but to find the solution, action must be taken.
I think the greatest strengths at OSU are:
Hands down, the greatest strength here is the people. We have such an incredible, diverse pool of talented faculty and staff, and the collective energy to accomplish great things.
Outside of my normal position, I serve OSU and my community by:
I volunteer regularly for local clean-up efforts and advocate for recycling/community beautification efforts.
