Co-chair and 3rd year member of Outreach and Engagement. Second year serving on the University Senate Committee for Recreational Sports.

I joined to gain a better understanding of the challenges facing staff and my strong passion for advocating for staff. I am a second year member and am loving every minute of it!

As in any committee, you get as much as you put in. USAC is a volunteer committee of persons who strive to make things happen, who do not fear but rather welcome change for the good of staff employed at OSU. If you have the passion to make change and grow, you would make a great fit on USAC.

I served on the new member task force 2007, membership development 2007 and currently a 3rd year member of the Outreach subcommittee which has offered me massive experience in large event planning! This year (2009) we reincarnated the Pep Rally to a standalone event and this proved to be widely received and successful. I adore the fabulous camaraderie with the membership; I find the more I involved I become, the better my sense of accomplishment.

I enjoy recreational sports like soccer, volleyball, biking, kickboxing and swimming. I spend a lot of time in the great company of my friends and their children.

Cap City, Moy’s and wherever you can find decent chicken wings. I'm not partial, I love food.

The employees at OSU who are dedicated to the University. Retaining and appointing world-class staff.

I am a member of the Tremont Elementary School Board and volunteer for numerous committees around campus. I also volunteered in the relocation of the Katrina victims.
