Outreach Subcommittee
The University Staff Advisory Outreach and Engagement Subcommittee member values spirit and creativity. The Subcommittee offers its members the opportunity to form new partnerships across campus and off campus. We coordinate some of the largest, most successful staff events on campus, including sponsoring the Pep Rally (September 11, 2009) co-sponsoring Rally for Wellness, (September 17, 2009) and Hidden Benefits Fair (December 2, 2009). The Outreach and Engagement Subcommittee wants YOU to help promote the spirit of staff at The Ohio State University.
2009 - 2010 Goals
- Shall, in collaboration with other USAC subcommittees and University groups, conduct program planning and coordination events including: Hidden Benefits Fair, Pep Rally, and Rally for Wellness.
- Shall, in collaboration with other USAC subcommittees, establish mechanisms to communicate and engage with local Senior HRPs, Staff Advisory Councils, and regional campuses.
- Shall promote and educate staff about USAC with the goal of increasing awareness and recruiting future members through outreach and engagement activities to include, but not limited to, New Employee Orientation and Staff Appreciation events.
- Shall, in collaboration with other USAC subcommittees, identify and
participate in outreach events to promote USAC’s involvement and service to
the university and local community.
