Although one of the most rewarding experiences, parenting doesn’t come with a how-to manual that we all wish we had right now. COVID-19 has presented a new set of challenges that many parents were not prepared for and has required a lot of patience, learning and flexibility.
Join the University Staff Advisory Committee (USAC), in partnership with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), for a one-hour workshop focused on helping parents to navigate this new home, work, and school culture through behavior management strategies and using available resources.
Led by Jodie Leister LPCC-S, CEAP, a practicing clinical counselor for the last 13 yrs and is a member of the OSU Employee Assistance Program. Jodie has a wealth of experience working with children and families, as well as a passion for organizational growth and management. Compassion, humor, and learning are foundations in her practice in the EAP and her personal life.
