2023 Staff Senator Recruitment
In Spring 2023, USAC has the opportunity to appoint (2) Staff Senators and up to (3) Staff Senator Alternates to the University Senate. If interested, please review the relevant information included below, and submit your application by Friday, April 7 at 5 p.m.

Timeline:
March 1: application opens

March 24: “Q&A with Current Staff Senators” hosted via a Zoom meeting, 12-1 p.m.
- Optional, please register: https://osu.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJMkduCpqTMuHdHmXRIQiZbzKwka-W3Nv6tu
- Current Staff Senators will be available to answer questions from candidates.
- USAC representatives will be available to answer questions about the selection process.
April 7: application deadline at 5 p.m.
April 24-May 5: recorded interviews with final candidates
- These will take place via Zoom and questions/prompts will be sent prior to scheduled interview.
May 10: USAC members view recorded interviews and rank candidates
May 12: All candidates are notified of their selection or non-selection
