"She demonstrates patience with the students and helps guide them through processes while also teaching them the how and why behind their choices. Her jobs is not to mentor or advise these students, and yet she does, and she has such a strong an impact on the students, the organization, and the work of BuckeyeThon. She creates a a warm and welcoming environment and is always open to answer a question, even if she is not the direct marketing person to that client. She has really perfected the balance between supporting her student clients and holding them accountable to deadlines."
