Employee spotlight is designed to recognize staff of The Ohio State University who exemplifies what it means to be a Buckeye. Nominations are kept for consideration for 3 months.
All part-time and full-time staff in a regular non-faculty position are eligible. Staff nominees:
- Strive to bring out The Ohio State University best practices in others
- Demonstrate Ohio State's Shared Values
- Create a positive impact on The Ohio State University community
