Dr. Rebecca Kapusta is a leader who encourages us to be forwarder thinkers and proactive in the face of adversity. She is tuned into internal and external factors that affect our students and staff and goes out of her way to name and recognize the challenges folks might be facing individually and collectively. People know they can count on and trust Dr. Kapusta to listen, remember, follow-through and strive for ongoing development and improvement of our work on behalf of students.
