Staff Senators

The University Senate is the shared governance body that helps the university function as a unified institution. Faculty, students and staff come together with university administrators to develop and advise on policies, processes, programs and solutions for issues facing the university. Staff Senators work closely with USAC to align priorities, share information and collaborate on best strategies to advocate for staff. USAC has the privilege to elect 5 staff senators, who serve a 2 year rotating term with a recruitment window starting in early spring.
