Alice Gaughan

Alice Gaughan works in the College of Medicine as the assistant director of the Center for the Advancement of Team Science, Analytics, and Systems Thinking in Implementation Science and Health Services Research (CATALYST). She drives research administration, strategy development, and operations at CATALYST with a goal of promoting discoveries for the benefit of patients and their health care providers. Most of all, she is passionate about maintaining a positive work environment to support the success of all team members. Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with her family cheering for the Buckeyes.
