Deborah Pond works in the College of Medicine as the director of the Center for Faculty Advancement, Mentoring and Engagement (FAME) in the Office of Faculty Affairs. Together with FAME faculty leaders, she designs and implements career development programs for the more than 2,400 faculty members in the college. She is a founding member of the College of Medicine’s Staff Advisory Committee. She has been a Buckeye Wellness Innovator for more than eight years and is a Clifton Strengths certified coach. The only fourth-year member this year and serving as USAC chair.
