Davinder is a Licensing Officer at The Ohio State University, supporting innovation, intellectual property, and technology commercialization. With over 15 years of experience spanning academia and industry, he works closely with faculty, startups, and partners to advance research into practical impact.
His background includes engineering, agriculture, environmental science, and law, with degrees from UW–Madison, Penn State, and OSU. Influenced by his farming ancestry, Big Ten mentorship, and more than two decades of living in the Midwest, Davinder’s career and values are grounded in collaboration, hard work, and community. Having represented his university as an artist, he values the diverse contributions of science, arts, and humanities in building a thoughtful, resilient society.
He is also dedicated to fostering positive work cultures and collaboration, drawing on his experience at a multinational consulting company to help teams and organizations grow by eliminating vicious cycles and nourishing virtuous ones.
