Katie Oehler

Katie is a Speech-Language Pathologist on the Acute Care Rehabilitation team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where she has served for three years. She recently completed the Palliative and End-of-Life Care Certificate through the College of Nursing and is currently pursuing the Working Professionals MBA. Katie is deeply committed to advancing sustainable, systems-level improvements that support staff well-being and elevate the quality of care within the rehabilitation department. She is equally passionate about advocacy and community engagement, working to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and promote equitable, patient-centered care across the OSU community.
