Paul Hogan

Paul Hogan works at the College of Veterinary Medicine as the director of strategic initiatives. In this role he guides the college’s overall strategic plan, supports strategy execution and business planning functions, and partners with college and external stakeholders to help advance the college’s goals. He is also a lecturer at the College of Public Health where he teaches a class on strategy within health systems and community organizations. Prior to his time at veterinary medicine, Paul worked in strategy at the Wexner Medical Center and has previously worked with other units around campus including the Moritz College of Law, Wexner Center for the Arts, and others. Paul is passionate about helping Ohio State build a welcoming and high-performing culture and creating an environment where staff members excel in their roles. In his free time he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outside with his family. O-H!
