Paul Tadak

Paul Tadak joined The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in 2014 as a physical therapist and currently serves as Associate Director of Rehabilitation Services and Building Director for Outpatient Care Gahanna. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about developing people, improving processes, and creating a positive culture where teams feel supported and empowered to do their best work. 

In addition to his leadership role, Paul is actively involved with Buckeye Paws alongside his dog, Norman. Together, they enjoy bringing smiles to staff and helping support employee well-being across the medical center. Paul is proud to serve the Ohio State community and contribute to an exceptional experience for staff, patients, and visitors alike.
