Ryan Ratliff

Ryan began his career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in 2023 as an Assistant Nurse Manager on 6 Ross. In 2024, he transitioned into his current role as Nurse Manager for the University Hospital Ancillary Float Pool. In addition to leading this diverse team, Ryan has played a key leadership role in the development and launch of the Medical Center's Virtual Care Program. Ryan is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at The Ohio State University, with a focus on advancing his expertise in executive leadership. He is passionate about building high-performing teams grounded in accountability, innovation, and a just culture. As a servant leader, Ryan is committed to amplifying the voices of university staff and fostering innovative solutions that strengthen both the Medical Center and the University community.
