Tracey Walterbusch

Tracey Walterbusch is a Strategic Planning Manager at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center with over 13 years of leadership experience in higher education. She supports strategic decision-making and business planning for senior leaders across the medical center, drawing on her expertise in project management, change leadership, and employee well-being. Tracey previously worked in Student Life at Ohio State, supporting Off-Campus Services and serving as Vice President for the Council of Graduate Students. She holds a PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership and a BS in Economics, both from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband Bill and their Shiba Inu, Howie, and is deeply committed to community engagement through roles like the University Staff Advisory Committee and the Women’s Board at Franklin Park Conservatory.
